Q: What SHOULD I WEAR?
A: Before deciding on a particular color scheme, take a minute to: 1) think about colors that look good on your family members; 2) think about the colors that are most popular during the current season; 3) think about where in your home you’d like to display your images. For instance, if you want to display your photos in a light and airy room, go with softer colors. If it's a room with bright colors, go for contrast!
Keep in mind clothes that coordinate tend to look better in photos than clothes that are too matchy-matchy. Strive to include a mix of solid color and patterned clothing. Avoid logos on shirts.
Accessories (hats, headbands, scarves, belts, jewelry, etc.) are great ways to add pops of color, personality, and interest to your images.

Q: WHERE sHOULD MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
A: I'd be happy to recommend a few locations, depending on where you live and what look you are going for (e.g. forest, lake, flower field, urban setting). Many of my foothill clients like to be photographed on their property, which I'm happy to do.
Q: CAN WE BRING OUR DOG(S)?
A: The short answer is YES! Your dog is a part of your family, and if you'd like him or her to be photographed with you, we'll make it happen. I do, however, like to chat briefly before the session to ensure we have all of the logistics figured out.
Q: WHY DO YOU INCLUDE A PRINT CREDIT WITH EVERY PACKAGE?
A: For three reasons, really: 1) I think far too many photos exist only on hard drives. Your images need to be printed and enjoyed and shared; 2) I want to provide you with something tangible. Prints you can hold in your hands, hang from your refrigerator, or place in frames; 3) I want you to see your beautiful images printed by a professional lab.
